Elements Therapeutic Prenatal Massage services are specially tailored to the unique needs of women both during and after pregnancy. Our massage therapists are trained in safe and effective massage techniques for prenatal and postnatal women, designed to alleviate stress, muscle soreness and tension, and to improve overall health.
Choice of Side Lying or Supported Cut-out Tables
Our prenatal massage studios are equipped with massage tables that are specifically designed for pregnant women, with supported cut-outs to accommodate the growing uterus. Our pregnant clients also have the option of a side lying position, if they prefer. This can be discussed with your certified prenatal massage therapist, or when you call to schedule your appointment. There are benefits to both options, depending on your personal comfort choices. The cut-out tables can be more comfortable and allow the therapist broader access to lower back and legs to provide a more thorough massage.
